Undoubtedly, Chandigarh University is the best. CSE students of Chandigarh University created history in the year 2019 as Global e-Commerce multi-national Amazon offered the highest package of Rs. 31.77 lacs for the CSE branch. Many IT giants such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP Labs, Hewlett Packard visited CU and recruited around 850 CSE Engineering students. So, I recommend Chandigarh University over Chitkara University.
