There are multiple institutes in Delhi - NCR which offers the course in baking and confectionaery. To name a few APCA, IICA, AAFT, SEP and many more. However it is suggested to visit the colleges personally and make a comparative study before taking the decision.

There are Many Institude and college which offer 1 year diploma, 6 months and 3 months bakery cetificate course in Delhi and NCR some of them are AAFT school of hospitality and tourism ( Nodia), The lalit suri hospitality school ( Faridabad ), APCA ) (Gurgram), IICA ( Haus Khas, Delhi), SEP ( Gurgram). Before taking admission I suggest To Visit the institude and then decide where you want to take the admission.

In delhi ncr, there are number of institues providing Bakery and confectionary courses. I have visited few institutes in Delhi and Noida. In delhi, Truffle nation and Apca is providing diffrent courses in Bakery profession. In Noida, Aaft is providing bakery Diploma courses along with work shops and industry visit.
