There is no one institute which is good for all the subjects. As I am from Hyderabad I have no idea about the institutes in Delhi. But you can also opt for the online classes by Farooq sir for taxation and same for the other subjects too.

ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants, India) is one of the best institutes for CA course.
