For Diploma in marketing, there are lots of certification courses. If you are asking about PGDM then the best institutes are:
1. IIMs.
2. XLRI.
3. FMS.
4. MDI – Gurgaon.
5. JBIMS.
6. SIBM.
7. SCMHRD.
8. IIFT.

Do you mean PGDM in marketing? If it is so, first option would be IIM-Ahmedabad and then IIM-Bangalore.
