Which is the best institute for doing a Masters in fashion designing after B.Sc course?

Hello Muskan, Yes, you can join this course after B.Sc. Fashion industry is booming. No one can live without clothes. There are so many jobs in this field apart from fashion designer. You can get into visual merchandising, fashion managing, corporate communications, sales and so on. If you are into only Fashion designing, then you need to be very creative. Basically, you should know the color schemes and how to play with them, min of stitching techniques, how, what, and why fashion is important kind of things.

Some institutions name mentioned below- You can get into visual merchandising, fashion managing, corporate communications, sales and so on. If you are into only fashion designing, then you need to be very creative. Basically, you should know the color schemes and how to play with them, min of stitching techniques, how, what, and why fashion is important kind of things. NIFT is the best college to offer Masters in fashion designing which is equivalent to M.Tech. Shortly, it is known as M.Des, but cracking NIFT is like cracking into IITs', it is not just a piece of cake for a guy/gal of engineer background. Apart from all these, you can do some Diploma courses for two years where you can learn from very basic methods to professional ways. I don't know any institutions which offer Diploma courses, but my college offers one year and two years Diploma courses with INR 1.20Lacs/annum fee structure. Fashion and interior design is the college, where you can study one, two year Diploma courses or 4 years UG Bachelor courses (B. Des).

You can apply for M.Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. There are many good universities that provide B. Des/M. Des in fashion, Interior, and Product design, and more. To name a few: 1. IILM University Gurugram 2. Pearl Academy 3. NID 4. NIFT 5. Arch College of Design & Business. You can appear for the Design Aptitude Test and the Interview process for IILM University, Gurugram.
