If you are not keen interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE or IT because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.

I am not saying that should do master in computer to do CSE but you must be keen interested in this domain if you want success because the competition is very tough.
Better you can go for mechanical or civil :-)
