Which is the best institute for MBA in Pune and Mumbai with affordable fees under SC category?

The top colleges for pursuing MBA in Pune and Mumbai and also known for their low fee structure are JBIMS and Sydenham (both Mumbai) and PUMBA (Pune). Their tuition fees is below Rs 5 lakhs which is quite affordable as compared to the other colleges.
