Which is the best institute for MBA /PGDM? Is IMT CDL a good option?

Hi,
IMT CDL is an average college. To get into the best college you need to give entrance exams like CAT/MAT.
I think, to pursue MBA in India is the best option because we have lot of best B-schools, which gives us enough scope for growth and strengthen our position.
