Which is the best institute for PGDM: ITM Navi Mumbai or XIME Bangalore?

ITM, Navi Mumbai is good as it has better placement opportunities compared to XIME Bangalore. So, you can apply in ITM as it will help you to groom and good exposure of knowledge and market scenarios.

According to me, ITM-Navi Mumbai will be the best PGDM institute for you. As you will get more exposure in ITM than you'll get in XIME-Bangalore. ITM covers students from all over India and so students come from all the parts of India which gives more exposure to the students. When we come to the placements, ITM offers highest 14 LPA and minimum 5 LPA. So, in all terms, ITM will be a good option.

Definitely, XIME Bangalore. Placements are good. For a location advantage and a better name, ITM, Navi Mumbai is recommended.

Obviously XIME Bangalore, and if you have the option of iPhone why to choose a cheap Chinese one. You can’t compare XIME Blore with ITM, like average MAT b-schools. ITM was good once, but now a days it is not so good specially core finance placement. XIME is considered as tier I MAT college within top 5 (SIMSREE, PUMBA, BIMTECH-Noida Retail, XIME Blore), and it is not morphed media ranking. You can say it is the MBA alumni ranking by experience of what exactly going in campus. MAT tier I few SIMSREE, PUMBA, XIME Blore, XIME Kochi, IFMR, Great lakes Chennai, BIMTECH Noida (Retail), NIBM Pune etc. Here are some of the parameters to choose that how to judge an average B-School 1) Try to avoid trust in morphed media ranking (not all media), sometime it happens to promote the college brand name in students mind. 2) Don’t run or get lured by the call of 100% placement. If you are in bulk hire and fire offers are offered. It does not make any sense to you. 3) Don’t run behind INR 9.6 Lakhs CTC per annum. Always check in hand salary or take home salary. 4) Check the job profile and not the brand name. You may enjoy the service of famous bank ACIZ, but may not enjoy it as an employee, if your profile is unrealistic target based financial product sales job. 5) Try to avoid NGO Agency, as they will make gigantic promise and push you in a poor B-School to make money from the college. 6) Try to avoid the views of current students, as being a part of system. They can’t criticize it or put the real pic in front of you.
