Which is the best institute for pursuing B.Tech in CSE, NIT, Sikkim or BIET, Jhansi?

My rank in JEE Mains is 27030, and my UPSEE rank is 1766. I scored 95 percent marks in class 12th CBSE board exams.

    NIT-Sikkim is far better than BIET-Jhansi in terms of everything, be it facility, faculty and also placements. Last year, NIT-Sikkim's placement was around 6 LPA.
