    NISER will provide integrated program for 5 years. If you're looking for only Bachelor course in ASTRO physics, then many prestigious institutions are there i.e. IIA Bengaluru, IISc, IIMSc Chennai, TIFR Mumbai, etc. You'll have to go through screening entrance test.
