Which is the best institute to opt for PGD in clinical research & regulatory affairs in distance/online learning?

I am a B.pharma graduate. I want to pursue for PGD in clinical research & regulatory affairs (distance/online learning). I was going through the prospectus of few institutes like cliniminds, ICRI, symbiosis & IGMPI but couldn't conclude which one will be good. Kindly advise.
