Which is the best institute to pursue part-time law course?
I prefer e-learning course. I am a class 12th pass out. I didn't complete my higher education. I am a businessman.

Persons who obtain law degree through correspondence are not allowed by Bar council to practice in court of law. You may revisit your decision of law degree by correspondence.
