    I am not aware of other colleges and about their training pedagogies but as an ex- student of Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) therefore I can share my personal experience regarding the college.     PIBM Pune is a very good institute to pursue PGDM in HR. As an alumnus of PIBM Pune, I can share my experience with you. PIBM ranks 32nd in the Top 100 B-Schools in India. PGDM is AICTE approved and courses are designed as per corporate demand by the college. Students of PIBM train on communication, aptitude, presentation skill, mock gd-pi, and many more.     MBA or PGDM is a lucrative career choice. So you need to choose your college wisely because your future depends on that. I am not sure of other colleges, as far as I know, PIBM has unique training methods updated and designed as per the industry requirements. They have regular corporate events, IVs, dual internships, and much more. Apart from this, the students undergo special training in communication and aptitude which is quite essential in this competitive corporate world. Even during the pandemic, PIBM ensured that the placements and internship process continues through online mode. All the best!

    All the colleges are good but PIBM Pune is one of the best colleges for pursuing PGDM in HR because it's the best destination for learning.
