you need to study three years of graduate programme from delhi university and then you can do MBA from a good b school and then CFA which gives you a higher level of package you want.

If you want really huge salary you can do your MBA join reputed companies or be an entrepreneur. CA is also an option. Or be something in the Banking sector. You will anyway get good salary when you're in a higher post.
