    To define in a single yes/no for worth of any big institute would not be a justice, be it LPU or any other organisation. But here for your question let me highlight a few points which will help you understand LPU better. Its on outskirts of Jalandhar thereby a clean and peaceful environment spreaded over 600 acres of land.     MMMUT is a good university. LPUs investment in intellectual capital is way beyond comprehension, extremely qualified and talented! With a research powerhouse of more than 100 post-doctorates and 700 PHDs, LPUs strength is its academic power. Coming to infrastructure, the huge over 1200 acre campus which is equipped with every machinery, equipment, and software required in all the programs is a wonder in itself, just, for example, more than 10 companies have established centers for excellence within the campus with their investment to keep an eye on the abundant talent!

    LPU is far better then MMUT in terms of placement, scholarship, academics etc.

For admission to BTech courses offered by MMMUT, students must satisfy the eligibility criteria set by the university. As per the eligibility conditions, students who have completed Class 12 with at least 55% marks (50% in the case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category) and with at least 60% average marks (55% in the case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category) in Mathematics, Physics and one more discipline-relevant subject are eligible to apply for the course.

Yes, MMMUT Gorakhpur does provide lateral entry to BTech courses. Through lateral entry, students get direct admission to the second year of the BTech course. The selection criteria differ for BTech LE admissions. As per the criteria, students who have done diplomas are required to present a CUET (UG) course. Students who are BSc graduates are required to present a CUET PG score. Moreover, all students are required to participate in the counselling process.
