Which is the best MBA branch for a BPO employee?
I have 3 years experience in the technical field with a giant MNC's BPO wing. I am having a global certificate of Microsoft and Cisco (To name a few).

You may choose any MBA specialization to switch your career. However, if you want to continue your career in ITeS industry then MBA Operation or MBA Systems or MBA IT can be a good option for you.
