Which is the best MBA college to do a MBA in Digital Marketing from either in UK, US, Europe or Australia?

I am an experienced digital marketing professional with a work-ex of 3+ years. I want to pursue MBA in Digital Marketing or Marketing in general. Please help me finalize on a university in either US, Canada, UK, Europe (France, Amsterdam) or Australia with better placement opportunities.
