Which is the best MBA course for me? I have done B.Tech in EIE and have 5-years of experience in electrical maintenance and processing.

You can directly go for executive MBA, as you have sufficient experience and now talking about the stream, you can go for:
1) Operations Management
2) Marketing. Operations will help you to go up the same ladder quickly and Marketing will help you in Technical Marketing post of these Companies.
