In my opinion, go for Marketing field. Look, a company needs 10 Marketing candidates while only needs only 1 HR and 1 Finance candidate. And packages also higher in Marketing than HR and Finance.

MBA in Marketing will be a good option as you may face difficulty in pursuing for finance and this will be related to marketing management and general management also. Technology does not play any role.
