Which is the best MBA stream and the best college for it? How can I prepare to get admission in the same?
I want to pursue it abroad and have 4 years of experience in the IT field.

The best stream is based on your interest and academic background. First, take admission and then decide for the branch because the choice of branch comes in the second year. At that time, you will be able to make up your mind and can then choose the branch. As far as the institute is concerned, IIM is the best in India. For admission in IIM, crack CAT. So prepare for that and attend the various coachings that are there for CAT preparation. -

Which MBA stream is best for you is something you have to decide, know your interests, check the career outcomes related to various MBA streams and decide. You can MBA IT, MBA General Management etc. It is important you know your career goals and also you have to have a sync with your background. For admissions in a good university you must take the GMAT and the TOEFL or IELTS.
