    Hi,
See in average college there is mainly sales profile not marketing profile is avail .You can think core finance from top tier I CAT /MAT colleges as otherwise you may be thrown into bank field sales profile insurance sales, mutual fund sales, demat account sales, credit sales, corporate credit sales, relationship officer of business development, etc. which may be target based sales. But through higher CAT score or top few tier I MAT colleges you can expect core profiles (investment banking, audit, law taxation, business analyst, market research, derivative analyst).
However, you should know it is good to have 55-60% in graduation for

Almost all specializations are good these days to fetch a good job. But if you are particularly looking for marketing, finance and HR, both are good on their own grounds, where banking & finance curriculum is geared towards educating students in understanding the financial aspects of the economy such as the operations of financial institutions and markets, and the financial management of business operations, An MBA in Marketing can help you get a job promotion and qualify for management and executive positions in your current company. Since postgraduate business programs emphasize developing leadership and communication skills, gra

HR in my personal opinion doesn't provide more job opportunities as compared to Marketing and Finance. You can get jobs in the placement cell or the recruitment cells of the companies. Finance is definitely a good option if you are better with your accounts and numbers. This also has better job prospects. I have done my MBA from LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also helped in providing exposure in terms of placements, internship, workshops, guest lectures etc. So, surely it a better University to join. Mittal School of Business, which attracts students from different parts of the world, is one of India's foremost Busine

Hi Prakash, You can definitely do MBA after B.Com in accountancy. An MBA degree ensures that the student has enough learning and knowledge to be able to work in any area of his choice. It opens up multiple career options for students. Thus, after an MBA degree, a student is not restricted to work in any specific sector or area, rather, he/she can choose to specialize in any of the field and work in that area. Some of this includes Finance, Marketing, Operations, Human Resource, International Business, and IT. There are several popular job roles available for MBA graduates such as Business Manager, Human Resource Specialist, Accounts Ex

Dear Prakash, In my opinion, MBA in Finance is good for B.Com graduates. But if you are still confused, you can do both specializations together in MBA at LPU. Being alumni of LPU, I highly recommend LPU for an MBA degree based on the following things-
The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. LPU is ranked No. 2 among Indian B-Schools in 'Outreach and Inclusivity by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. Placement:

You must go for MBA in finance.
  • Choosing the best MBA stream largely depends on your interests, strengths, and career goals. All three streams, marketing, finance, and HR, offer excellent career opportunities, and you should choose the one that aligns with your interests and career aspirations. Here's a brief overview of each stream:
Marketing: MBA in marketing focuses on marketing strategies, consumer behavior, product management, and brand management. If you enjoy creating and promoting new products, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this stream might be right for you. Finance: MBA in finance focuses on financial p
