The best is obviously AIIMS, Bbsr and then among the government colleges Scb Medical college in Cuttack is the best. -
AIIMS BBSRis best than scb in too many ways like faculty students ratio, fees, etc.

AIIMS, Bhubaneswar is the best. SCB, Cuttack and MKCG, Berhampur are the best among the government colleges in the state. -
