Both are best choice, and CCNA & RedHat are equal, but remember Cisco is Networking and RedHat is Linux , Cisco is a closed source and RedHat is open course, that's why Cisco has very good and much better revenue. If you did both or any one certification, you will be definitely getting a better job.

CCNA is pure network side and focuses on networking core components, switches, router, VLAN, TCP/IP, protocol etc. CCNA certification course makes you eligible for job roles like Network Technician, Network Support Engineer, Helpdesk Engineer, Second and First Line Support.
