Which is the best NIT college for me for CSE? My AIR is 14000.

You should go for IIIT Bangalore, and wait till the Advance score (not rank) is out for applying to IIST and IISER.
You can get NIT- Trichy, Warangal, Calicut and Allahabad and others but the institutions I have mentioned are the best for CS as they are research-oriented institutions and have much
