According to me, NIT-Patna is the best NIT for doing civil engineering as from NIT-Patna a student gets placed at a package of 70 lakhs a few years back which is the highest package to a civil engineering in its core company. -
NIT, Suratakal is the best NIT for doing civil engineering based on ranking and available data.
