Which is the best NIT to get with 155 marks in JEE Mains with 5242 OBC category rank and 23387 general category rank?

Considering my rank and previous year stats of JOSSA.

    For previous year stats, refer:
    http://josaa.nic.in/Result2016/result/OpeningClosingRank.aspx
    You may consider the previous year stats as accurate, as they vary every year. You can get NIT Hamirpur, Jamshedpur, Agartala, Mizoram, etc.
