Among all the operating systems, Linux is the best for coding. As Linux is a command based system. It has various commands which are useful for developing many applications. It supports coding environment.
But the main drawback of Linux is that it is not user-friendly and operating on commands only.much better than other operating systems.
It is compatible with IDE (integrated development environment).
The booting time of Linux system is much lesser than other operating systems.
Just because of this all the features Linux is considered to be a better operating system in the coding environment.
