If you are interested in teaching field, then you can pursue B.Ed. There are various fields, if you pursue MA after completing BA. I think, MA will be better for you. After completing MA, you can pursue B.Ed too.

If you want to become a lecturer, you have to complete your post-graduation and then you have to appear for UGC NET. UGC NET Exam is for Junior Research fellowship & Assistant professor.
