In my opinion B.Sc. With electronics is best. Students with strong analytical skills and an interest in automation, electronics, and machinery might consider pursuing a B.Sc. Electronics. B.Sc. Electronics is a stepping stone for students who desire to pursue research in the field of electronics.

Both are good for you, but I suggest to you that both are different courses. B.Sc just like graduation degree after B.Sc, you can apply for M.Sc. But hotel management is a good course for you. You can join a private company regarding management.

Both are totally different domains, so please see in which subject you are okay. Hotel management degree will let you get job easily and more effective. But it depends on from top universities like Lovely Professional University, Amity University, Sharda University, etc.
