Which is the best option among Chandigarh University or LNCT-Bhopal for B.Tech CSE?

I would prefer Chandigarh University to you as it has good placements.

Both the colleges are good. If you are asking in terms of placement, I would suggest you compare the previous year placement statistics of both the college available on their website.
