    All branches are good, the word better is mere perception of an individual. For one Civil may be good for the other EEE and vice versa. I can tell you the current scenario which may be helpful in developing your perception. India is a developing nation with lots of infrastructure development, population growth and global warming in the years to come, there will always be a need for Structural Engineer, Transportation Engineer, Water Resource Engineer and Environment Engineer.     If you are interested in doing government job, go for civil as it has many opportunities for government jobs. Mechanical has both government and private sectors. Both the branches are evergreen and have many opportunities in the coming future. I cannot predict about EE. From my side, Mechanical is the best! Also, you should see your feild of interest before opting for branch!
