    Hello Jitesh,
    Both are equally good; what matters more is which college is providing it. If you are unsure about which specialisation to choose while pursuing MBA, you should go for general MBA. Here, you get one year to decide which stream suits you better. And if you are very clear about your future goals, opt for specialised MBA.

    In MBA (general), there are not many specialisations like HR, marketing, finance, etc. to be involved while if you have a look into specialised MBA course, you have a number of options to be opted for the specialisation by then you can gain a lot more skills and interest in imparting your kind of communication and leadership qualities. The increase in the confidence level can be achieved too. So, I suggest you can opt for MBA specialised.
