    MBM is best college, because it is Government College and it's fee structure is very low only INR. 35,000.

    M.B.M. Engineering College (Mugneeram Bangur Memorial Engineering College, MBM), Jodhpur is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India. so it is quite better than Amity University so you can go for it.
