Which is the best option: B.Tech IT or B.Tech CSE?

In Indian context : not much difference. All the companies which allow CSE also allow IT. So join any of the stream that you get.

Best is the one in which you have interest. Both branches have their own significance. Choose wisely and you will excel. All the best.
