I would suggest you to go to Chandigarh University for your engineering program, but firstly I want to clear some things to you.
Firstly CU does not offer B.Tech, it offers B.E. which is more effiecient and has scientific aspects of engineering, which is useful for research and further studies. Pursuing B.E. from Chandigarh University is really amazing as the department has links with big companies and has its own industry-sponsored labs like Microsoft Innovation Centre and IBM software lab. This means you get real work experience, not just books.

There is no doubt in this that all these three universities, Lovely Professional University, Sharda University and Chandigarh University are good but I have never been to LPU and Sharda so I really can't tell about them in detail as compared to CU because I have recently passed out from the university.
