    Well in my opinion, I will recommend Chandigarh University because Every year, many top MNCs visits these college. Last year, it provided very high placement. Moreover, Chandigarh University has some tie-ups with the foreign universities. It also provides students to study their last semester in a foreign university.

    Definitely Chandigarh University is the best option for CSE. World-class infrastructure, well-qualified faculty, impeccable placements, the highest packages are some of the USPs of USB department at CU. Definitely go for CU. CU is accredited as A+ grade by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU. On the other hand, ABES Ghaziabad is graded B by NAAC.     Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University.
