Which is the best option for CSE among IEM-Kolkata and KIIT-Bhubaneswar not considering cost as a factor?

If you are a resident of Kolkata then I would suggest one name i.e. UEM, Kolkata which is very good for CSE and has low fee structure. Visit here to know more on this:
