    Firstly, I do not get the relationship between Management and Psychology. Though I do agree that you need to have man management skills to be successful as a manager, but Psychology degree focuses on other aspects too, man-management being just a part of it. Psychologists, are more into, conducting tests and evaluations and providing counseling to employees, which is also the job of an HR person. In-case if you looking out for HR role, probably knowledge about test would help. But mind you, companies do hire Industrial Psychologists apart from an MBA graduate for such jobs
