    Hi Sankalp,
SSC CGL is open to applicants from all streams. Since 'best' vary with individuals, you have to know your own aptitude and interests and decide which one of the above programs you mentioned would be best for you. You can also check the various posts available and specific criteria and choose the stream accordingly. For example if you want to become a Assistant Audit Officer then B.Com and MBA is recommended.

From my point of view, if you are preparing for SSC CGL. You must go for B.A. As it will help you much. It will help you in the syllabus of SSC CGL also.

If you want to prepare for SSC CGL, I would be suggesting you to go for BA, because you can have plenty of time for preparation and you can focus on your targets without any kind of burdens. But, I must say you have to self-introspect yourself of your field of interests. Since you are from PCM, you can opt for B.Sc. But, it is a regular course, so you have to focus on your college too. So, decide the best among them.

I think all are good. But, B.Sc will be better if you go with it as you have studied PCM in your 12th and it will be helpful to you in long run.
