The highest package offered for the mechanical engineering is 31 LPA. I would share details of this programme at LPU as my friend did B.Tech and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from LPU itself. I am an alumnae of LPU and had witnessed the overall system of education in there. Very few universities have recognised this and developed the systems to inculcate this important point. Only LPU and to some extent Thapar and PEC in northern part of India have been able to do it.
