Which is the best option for my son from the best college in India: PGDM - HR or MBA - HR?

He scored 56% in 10th (CBSE), 52% in 12th (RBSE) with PCM, 60% in hotel management from Suresh Gyan Vihar, 5 percentile in CAT and 30 percentile in GMAT?

Since MBA is an old version for those who are willing to pursue management studies, a two year Diploma course PGDM sounds much better. Generally, PGDM course is far more industry relevant and practical as far as the job market is concerned.

Hello,More than the degree, it's the college giving it that matters more. XLRI Jamshedpur is the best college for pursuing MBA in HR. Other great colleges in India are SCMHRD Pune and TISS Mumbai. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/articles/top-10-mba-hr-colleges-in-india-blogId-6938

    Sir,
I would recommend you once again prepare for CAT & GMAT because your current entrance exam score is not eligible for any good College or Institution in India. As I would like to suggest you take MBA in Hospitality Management for your son because he has done with the Hotel Management course. I Hope this information would be helpful for you to take correct decision.
