Both are good, LL.B. - 3 Years, course available in all top colleges
BA LL.B. - 5 Years, course is in demand now, save time of one year and utilise for further career prospects.

I would suggest you to do BA LLB, if your ultimate goal is law, since this way you can save one year of your life and utilize the time somewhere else in further preparations, such as judiciary or UPSC or LLM Ph.D whatever your interest may be.

Both are good. For LLB, first you have to complete your graduation and in BA LLB. Both go hand by hand. LLB is a three year course, while BA LLB has a term of five years.

    Hi,
It depends on you what you think is best for you. If you have completed your graduation then you can only do LLB which is a 3-year course or you can go for a 5-year LLB course just after your 12th exams.
5-year BA LLB is much better because you get 2 degrees together and you are able to gain more knowledge and experience in a 5 year course rather than a 3 year course. Choose wisely.

It totally depends on you. If you get through CLAT, then B.A. LLB is the best option and if you don't then study B.A. From a good college and then go for LL.B from a reputed college too.

    Hi,
Both are good. The only difference is if you pursue BA LLB, then you save your one year, as normal LLB is of 3 years. You can do your graduation of another 3 years. The subjects and exposure is same.

    Hi Suyash,
Both LLB and BA LLB are equally good. The 5 year LLB Degree is new compared to 3 year LLB Degree, students with a clear mindset of pursuing law as a career generally in the corporate world 3 year LL.B. Degree is more course specific and it is provided by all the top notch Universities of our country. Students going for this course are more competition oriented or into judicial services. Both the ways will take you to the same destination. Both have their own pros and cons. Go for whatever you feel is correct.

Hello,The only difference in between the two is of time. LLB takes 3 years after graduation, whereas BA LLB takes 5 years altogether. Both have equal value. So, decide according to time. Thank you.
