The best option will be M.tech instead of MBA. Since in managerial category, you will be competed by many MBA candidates with different field of graduation.

    Dear niteesh,
    As correctly said by Gazala,
Since you have an engineering backgroungd its always advisable to join MTec then MBA. But final decision is with you, If you wish to explore your management skill go for MBA else to upgrade your engineering skill choose MTec. Select your interest and passion, it can bring you sure success,
    Wish you very best,
    Feel free to reply

    Hi Niteesh,
Well both are good career courses and offers great career avenues after wards but then the choice of the course you will take up will complete depend on you and your interests.
As you are a mechanical engineer, there is a huge career scope in this field and if at all you had the pleasure of pursuing this course and plan to carry it forward, then M.Tech definitely is the course to go ahead; but if you are not interested in technical field then you may look forward to Management discipline.
MBA definitely is one of the most sought after career courses and there are several institutes in the country to offer you management course
