    There is no specific course for Radio Jockey and Anchoring, if you are doing it from a private institute. Pursue your career in Mass Communication, learn the basics then enter into RJ or anchoring. You can pursue mass communication from NIMCJ - Ahmedabad, MICA - Ahmedabad and many more.

    It depends on your skill set and your communication. As we know that confidence is too much important in both profession. In my opinion, you firstly prefer RJ course, so you can do RJing, as well as anchoring. There are several institutes, which make your foundation, and then you will try in 95fm, 92.7fm for free assistantship.
