Which is the best option to study engineering course: EAMCET or AUEET?
I want to pursue B.Tech in Computer Science engineering.

If you get a good rank in EAMCET, obviously you may have good chance of getting best college and courses. If your rank is little bit high and able to pay 165000 INR per year then AUEET is also better. But you need to work hard without distractions.

It is better to study in AU through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rather than AUEET but AUEET is also not bad.
