    Dear,
    I think at this stage you shouldn't have any confusion. To get the advantage of the domain knowledge out of your IT background at the degree level I.e. BCA, you have an automatic choice of MCA. After MCA only you will be in equivalent level with B.Tech ( IT) in IT Industry. If you aspire for management work, you can go for MBA/PGDM after 2-3 years of work experience in your domain. Though presently the growth rate in IT Industry is facing issues I think that is temporary.

    It depends on your interest if you love to go with the technical field then MCA would be great or if you want to make a career in management then go with MBA.
