Which is the best place to pursue B.Tech in computer science: India or abroad?

Hi Kaushal,
If your budget allows look at overseas for your B.Tech studies. You may have to consider a budget of a minimum of Rs.30 Lakhs for the same. Else, consider India for B.Tech and then go abroad for MS programs! Hope this helps!
