which is the best possible country at present in the world where i go for further studies and after that my chances of getting p.r is 80%

want to reside in a country after completing my pg course in that particular area and then opt for p.r after 5 years..pls pls inform me the country where i can reside and get p.r by my hard work and not return back to india
