There are many such colleges but for this it is important to know your area, if you do your degree from your home then your fee will easily be within 8-9 Lacs because hostel expenses are a lot.

If it is only about college fee, then it can be Galgotias, Lloyd, GL Bajaj hostel fees, if included, might exclude it if you are not TFW students.
